We would love to hear about it. This page is open to readers and to companies or founders who want us to take a look at their product.
Toolphyra exists to help solopreneurs, marketers, and small business owners find software that’s actually worth using, not just the tools that shout the loudest about themselves. We can’t possibly know about every good tool out there on our own, so if you have used something that made your work easier, faster, or just less frustrating, we want to know about it. If you’re part of a company and think your product would be genuinely useful to our readers, you’re welcome to submit it too.
This page is not about paid placements or guaranteed reviews. It’s simply a way for you to point us toward tools that might be worth our time to look into.
We read every suggestion that comes in. From there, we look at the tool the same way we look at everything else we cover on this site: official documentation, pricing, features, how it compares to similar tools, and real user feedback. If it looks like a good fit for our readers, we add it to our list of tools to research and potentially write about.
We can’t promise that every recommendation will turn into a published review, since we’re a small operation and only get through so much at a time. But we do read and consider every submission that comes our way.
Whether a tool ends up on Toolphyra has nothing to do with who suggested it. We’re not able to guarantee a positive review, a fast turnaround, or a review at all, even if you work for the company or represent the tool. If we do end up writing about it, our opinion will be based on our own research and, whenever possible, hands-on use, not on the fact that someone recommended it to us. Whether or not a tool has an affiliate program plays no role in whether we decide to review it.
If you want to understand how we actually evaluate tools before writing about them, take a look at our How We Test page.
We get that some people submit tools in bulk or send the same pitch to a lot of sites at once. That’s fine, but please know that submitting a tool here is not a guarantee it will be reviewed, listed, or even responded to individually. We look through submissions ourselves, so mass or clearly automated pitches are unlikely to get much attention. A short, genuine note about why a tool is worth our time will always stand out more than a generic pitch.
The more detail you give us about why the tool stood out to you, the easier it is for us to understand if it’s a good fit for what we cover.
Many of the best tools aren’t the biggest names, and recommendations from readers often help us uncover products we might otherwise have missed.
